MODEL SCC101 Combi Steamer Oven

 

The combimaster is suitable for baking, roasting, grilling, steaming, braising, blanching, poaching and much more in one unit - freeing floor space in your kitchen. The core temperature probe eliminates overcooking and reduces cooking shrinkage, it switches off automatically after reaching core temperature. It comes with five cooking modes: hot air, steam, combination, vario-steam and finishing.
