Zanolli Gas Pizza Oven Model Citizen 6

This range of high quality, heavy duty pizza oven comes in 2 sizes. The citizen 6 fits 6 11" pizza's on each deck and the citizen 9 fits 9 11" pizza's on each deck.

The decks are modular, so can be purchased as a single unit or be stacked.

Constructed entirely of stainless steel.

Automatic burner ignition is controlled by an electronic thermostat and the oven oven temperature is displayed by a digital panel.

Baking floor is made from refractory stone which is suitable to bake with pans or directly on the floor.

Large view window combined with internal lights.

Each deck has a separate power supply to allow the oven to ruin in a single phase supply.
