Gas Single Deck Pizza Oven




 Casta Gas Pizza Oven
 


This Italian built gas oven is the largest oven in our range. The decks are designed to fit 12 11" pizzas. The decks can work as a single unit or can be stacked.

The exterior is built entirely of ASI304 butter finish stainless steel. Inside the oven floor, wall and ceiling are all made from refractory heat absorbent stone which ensures the very shortest recovery time. The floor is suitable for baking in pans or on the ovens sole.

Door is fitted with hardened glass viewing window.
